The Homeowner Rights Project is the coalition New York Homeowners Alliance (NYHOA) formed to carry the federal case forward on behalf of homeowners broadly — uniting homeowners, chambers of commerce, civic organizations, faith leaders, neighborhood and block associations, businesses, residents, and supporters. NYHOA continues to lead the legislative fight around Intro 879, build the historical record, conduct research, organize homeowner testimony, and lead public education.
