Fund the case. Stand with homeowners.

Donate to file the lawsuit, then choose one of three ways to stand with New York homeowners — as a plaintiff or signatory, as an NYHOA member, or by adding your name to the public record.

Three ways to stand with us

Choose the path that fits you.

Each option opens a short form in a new tab. All three carry equal weight — pick the one that matches your situation.

Option 1
Homeowners Only

Become a Plaintiff / Signatory

For homeowners only. If you own a one- or two-family primary residence in New York City and have been affected by Local Law 18 or OSE enforcement, we want to hear from you. The intake takes 3–5 minutes and is reviewed by the litigation team.

Informational only; submitting does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Option 2

Become a Member of NYHOA

Join New York Homeowners Alliance as a member and become part of an ongoing effort to protect homeowner rights in New York City.
Option 3

Add Your Name in Support

Open to everyone — homeowners, small business owners, past short-term rental guests, and anyone who supports fair treatment for homeowners. This is a public show of support, not a legal filing.
